Olusegun Adejumo




Olusegun Adejumo is a veteran Nigerian artist, who graduated with HND in Painting from Yaba College of Technology. He is a multi-talented and versatile artist. He is competent and bold in the expression of his artistic creativity, in several media; be it in drawing, pastel, oil or sculpture. Segun is distinct with the brush. His colour are subtle and his imageries hazy. He has produced, over the year, many artworks of varied and fascinating contents. His positioning of his subjects and their perspective on his canvases is unique.

Segun Adejumo, is also the CEO of ONE Draw Gallery and the president of Guild of Professional Fine Artists Nigeria.


Here are few things he said:

Being a gifted draughtsman I gave a lot of attention to anatomy drawing and this has become my forte FIGURE DRAWING AND PAINTING
I have a great ability to pass on information correctly, thus I teach-passing on we ll learnt knowledge in my area of expertise (DRAWING).

I have worked with person of different ages from different backgrounds sharing my knowledge in drawing, design, art history and terminology. I have also been a guest lecturer at a few universities in Nigeria.

I am great at organising art events and have to my credit numerous art exhibitions and competitions. Several fund raising activities with art as a fund raising tool, few of which are listed below.
